Cancellation/Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (i.e. if You got a wrong book delivered which is not the Book You have bought or ordered) , then we will give you a 100% refund (excluding adjusting for any offers that may have been given to you at the time of purchase of the products).
Product Returned/Cancelled for refund must be received back into our warehouse within 7 days from the date of Delivery by the Customer via Normal Parcel method of India Post only. When returning goods, please provide details like your name, your customer Details, order ID, date of purchase, name of the products, payment mode and the reason for returning the products.

- Condition for Cancellation/Returning the Goods – It must be that book which You have not demanded/Ordered, or Wrong Book delivered only.
- Mode of Payment – Online Transfer, request routed through payment gateway.
- Timer Duration – Refund will be initiated when the above Conditions met, Within 7 to 15 days after we received the Return Goods.
- Customer to Return the Product: Customer has to Return the book to us via Normal Parcel of India Post.
- Note – Book should not be damaged, inked, or Photocopied by the Customer.
How to Cancel/Return the Goods other than the Conditions mentioned above in point 1.?
You can cancel/Return your order by dropping an email or by call.
This is when you want to Return/Cancel the Order (excluding the Condition mentioned above in Point 1. i.e. Condition for Cancellation/Returning the Goods – It must be that book which You have not demanded/Ordered, or Wrong Book delivered only.)
Note – To tackle Spam orders We have allowed Return/cancellation with 25% Deduction from the Sale Price of the Book that You have ordered.
And also with a Deduction of all the Delivery Charges made by us to the Courier Company.
That Means, If You Return/Cancel Your Order.
Then You can Avail a Refund of only 75% of the Amount (in Indian Rupees) that you have paid to us for the ordered books (i.e. 75% of the Purchasing/ Sale Price of the Book), with an Additional deduction of Delivery Charges (All Charges that we paid to Courier Company for that Order) from the total Payment that shall be Refunded back to you.
Return/Cancellation must be within 7 Days of Delivery only.
Note: Goods/Products here means Books & all other products which you have purchased from us. Also Note that, there will be No Refund if the books returned back is Photocopied by you. Since Photocopying of books is Illegal, one can’t expect any kind of refund on it from us.
Also Note: Products once delivered and is “In Transit” or Refused by the Customer to Receive, will not be cancelled for free, in this condition We will deduct 25% from the Sale Price with a deduction of delivery charges paid by us for it, from the payment made by you.
All Disputes shall be sorted under Delhi Jurisdiction only.
